Professional Real Estate Photography is always receiving top ratings in virtually every online list about the best way best to earn money as a professional photographer. The real estate business is exploding, and consequently, the demand for professional real estate photography has also gone up. The point of real estate photography isn't to sell houses to people, but it is to show the prospective buyer how beautiful and unique the home would be to them.

For instance, one of my favorite clients is the San Francisco Giants baseball team. Their season ticket holders want to have professional real estate photographs of their favourite players, so they ask me to take the photos together during home games. I have a great deal of fun doing it, but my main focus is taking the same lens on each different photograph, so that everything looks uniform. If I were to take the same lens on all of the different photographs, it would appear unnatural.

When folks come to real estate professional photographers, they want a cohesive photo package. My basic job is to suggest a model, and show the client how to use their lighting. Most professional real estate photographers currently use some sort of lighting set up to light their clients. It's just something that makes their photos more professional looking and visually appealing. I typically won't do the light myself unless the client requests it. I think it's significant because it shows professionalism.

The 3D Pros

There are many advantages to using photographers to take your home buyer's pictures for you. First of all, most photographers will charge you only a flat rate fee for the whole photography shoot (not per picture) even if you hire them for several different visits. Another terrific advantage to hiring professionals to picture your home buyers is that they already know exactly how to approach each person in your photo shoot, so you won't need to waste time trying to figure out how to pose or how to hold someone perfectly.

The final reason that people choose to have their home photos taken by professionals is because the results speak for themselves. You can really see what a great job the photographer did just by taking a look at the photos. When you're trying to promote your house with real estate photographs, selecting a great real estate photographer is definitely the way to go.
